Dixie Caverns and Pottery Shop provides tours of the only caverns in southwest Virginia and includes a store full of pottery, rocks, minerals, Christmas items and souvenirs.

We are a PET FRIENDLY Community.

Campers... Come to our shaded campground, where you'll feel right at home.

All sites have electric, water, cable TV & sewer. Free Wi-Fi internet available. There is space available for tents and a Bath House open and warn or cool during any season. We offer Dump Service for a fee only basis for off road campers.

Dixie Caverns is 2 minutes off of I-81 at Exit 132, and close to shopping, restaurants, garages and conveniently open all year.

VA Tech is approx. 35 miles away. Radford University approx. 40 miles away. Roanoke College is approximately 6 miles away -

making Dixie Caverns Campground an easy drive from I-81 or Rt. 460

And don't forget Martinsville and Bristol Speedways are an easy drive after a RELAXING rest at our campground.

Reservations accepted for pull-through units,

especially on Football and Race weekends, or during Tournaments.
